This fast-tracked warehouse site covers nine acres of property in both Queens and Nassau County, NY.  The property is surrounded on three sides by wetlands.  The project consists of specialty erosion control, due to the wetlands, excavation, grading, storm drains and detention systems, a fire water loop and services, sanitary sewer pump station and force main across Rockaway Blvd as well as concrete flatwork, asphalt paving and a pervious paving system.  The project also included the construction of two new NYC streets and associated curbs, sidewalks, etc.
